Peng Zhao is a licensed RCIC-IRB, and a graduate of Queen’s University’s Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law. Fully authorized to practice Canadian immigration law, Peng brings over 15 years of experience guiding clients through complex immigration journeys.
Before establishing his practice in Canada, Peng served as Vice General Manager at a leading private Entry and Exit Service company in Shanghai, where he led immigration operations, managed professional teams, and advised clients on complex, high-value immigration matters.
Peng’s expertise spans Express Entry, Canadian Experience Class (CEC), study permits, work permits, family sponsorship, and long-term permanent residence planning. He also has extensive experience with the U.S. EB-5 investor program and golden visa programs across Europe, helping clients navigate international opportunities with confidence.
